Year 12 Student/Parent/Teacher interviews

Dear Year 12 Students and Parents,

As you are already aware Parent Teachers interviews will be taking place on Thursday 20^th May from 5:00pm to 7:00pm via Zoom. An email was sent last week regarding the availability of staff and a link to the booking platform was also provided.

This year we will be making these a student-led, parent-teacher interviews so that a 3-way conversation can take place between everyone during the allocated 10 minutes.

As part of this discussion, we ask that students complete a short survey for each subject they study with Aurora. The survey was sent to families via email, however if you do not have the link, please contact the school to have it re-sent. The responses from this survey will guide the discussion so that this conversation can be meaningful and constructive as you work towards your HSC.

Booking of interviews will be managed using the Parent Teacher On-Line (PTO) service. Using this system you wil be able to book the interview times that suit you best from any internet enabled device. PTO also has its own free app for Apple and Android devices.

• Go to the PTO page for Aurora College here: https://bookings.parentteacheronline.com.au?school=222g2
• If you have the login details from the email message, enter your details here.
• If you do not have login details, click the Obtain PIN/Password option. Enter your email address to have the PIN sent to your email.

Full instructions are provided to you after log in. Please note the following points:

• You will only see time slots that are available at the time you are using the system. As time slots are booked for teachers, those time slots are no longer displayed as available. PTO prevents double-booking of teachers or parents/guardians.
• When you have made all the bookings you require, you can download or email a report of your bookings in time order for printing.
• Interviews will be hosted in Zoom, and a link will be included in the report of your bookings. You will need to sign up for a free Zoom account before the interview time in order to connect.
